About The Book
Dr Arthur Frost started sharing daily communion sessions on social media during the initial lockdown wanting to equip the saints and help them experience the true power of God that is unlocked when we partake of His body and His blood.
365 Days of Communion was born from a desire to give hope to the nation of South Africa during the lockdown that started in 2020.
When the lockdown got extended beyond 21 days, so too did the Communion sessions, and from that day Dr Arthur Frost was committed to continue sharing powerful revelations from God’s Word with the body of Christ in these daily communion sessions.
When we reached day 365, it was decided to turn these sessions into book form so that you can have them as a Daily Devotional to use as a tool to help you grow and mature in your walk with God. May the pages of this volume bring you into deeper intimacy with Jesus.
This book is a Daily Devotional to use as a tool to help you grow and mature in your walk with God.

Have faith in God – Day 1
And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.” So Jesus answered and said to them, Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:21, 22).
Peter made that remark because he remembered that the previous day, when Jesus and His disciples were walking past a fig tree and He could not find any fruit on it, He rebuked the fig tree. This raises a few questions for us, firstly, do you believe that God is who He says He is; do you really believe that? Secondly, do you believe that God can do what He says He can do? It is amazing what can be accomplished if we actually believe what He said and that He really can do it. Thirdly, do you truly believe that, even if God is who He says He is and can do what He says He can do, that the promises of God are actually for you personally? There are many believers who agree but don’t really believe that God’s promises are for them; they don’t believe that He is able to do something for them.
If that is where you are but you want to start changing, then the first thing that you need to do is to see some evidence; it is hard to believe someone you can’t see if you don’t have some demonstration of that power. How do you find out if that power is real or not? The first step is to go and find someone or hear the testimony of someone who’s actually experienced that power. This is why the Bible says that we will overcome by the word of our testimony (Rev. 12:11). If you hear about someone who was sick but suddenly got healed, then you can’t deny that God did something there. Your question then becomes, “Will God do it for me?” But you still can’t deny that God is who He says He is, so your starting point is to verify a situation where God has actually done a miracle. As a young person I was privileged to attend meetings held by Reinhard Bonnke and other big evangelists and I saw some amazing miracles that could not be denied. I saw people climb out of wheelchairs and I know this was for real because I was one of the young people who pushed the wheelchairs to the front. I saw someone’s legs that were totally limp suddenly get strength so that they could run across the field. When you see something like that happen, then it really builds your faith. I was in a church service where a guy was totally blind, couldn’t see anything, but after hands were laid on him he was suddenly able to see; that was a most amazing experience.
When you see these things happen, hear of your friend getting a financial miracle or of God supernaturally causing the restoration of family members who haven’t been speaking for ten years, then you realise that there really is a God who still takes an interest in us and hears our prayers. So go and get a story from someone in today’s society, not in the Bible; the more personal and verifiable, the better. You need to start by seeing that God still works supernaturally, not just in miraculous healings but even in more mundane instances, because He loves us and takes an interest in every aspect of our lives. Celebrate the fact that you can have faith in God and have miracles in your life if you believe God’s Word is still true for today. Also remember that everything you want must first be dealt with in the supernatural because the natural will always yield to things that are established in the spiritual.
