About The Book
Dr Arthur Frost started sharing daily communion sessions on social media during the initial lockdown wanting to equip the saints and help them experience the true power of God that is unlocked when we partake of His body and His blood.
365 Days of Communion was born from a desire to give hope to the nation of South Africa during the lockdown that started in 2020.
When the lockdown got extended beyond 21 days, so too did the Communion sessions, and from that day Dr Arthur Frost was committed to continue sharing powerful revelations from God’s Word with the body of Christ in these daily communion sessions.
When we reached day 365, it was decided to turn these sessions into book form so that you can have them as a Daily Devotional to use as a tool to help you grow and mature in your walk with God. May the pages of this volume bring you into deeper intimacy with Jesus.
This book is a Daily Devotional to use as a tool to help you grow and mature in your walk with God.

Keep praying – March 26
“Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving” (Col. 4:2)
When you are vigilant in something, you are watchful, alert, and expectant.
Paul was urging the Colossians not to grow weary in prayer just because they
did not always see the answers immediately. You might be tempted to think that your prayers are not working. However, the fact that there is a delay does not mean that nothing is happening. God is busy with things in the spiritual realm that you do not see in the natural. An excellent example occurred when Jesus was crucified. He died and was buried on Thursday, but for the next
two days it seemed as if nothing was happening. All His disciples and
followers thought that it was finished, because they did not know what He
was doing in the spirit realm. When Jesus went down into Hades, it looked as
if nothing was happening, but on the third day, Jesus Christ rose from the
dead after preaching to the spirits in Hades (Acts 10:39, 40, 1 Peter 3:19).
Never underestimate the power of your prayers. Our nation has been
protected this far because of people who have prayed diligently, so never
doubt the power that is released when you pray. I want to encourage you to
continue to pray, and expect God to answer, even if it is delayed. Remember
that the answer to Daniel’s prayer was delayed for three weeks, even though
God despatched the angel immediately (Dan. 10:12, 13). You must continue
to be diligent in your prayer life, trusting God, and believing for your miracle.
Sometimes God moves quickly, but at other times it will appear that He is not
moving, because He is waiting for the correct time. One of the most important
lessons that I learnt was never to try to box God in. Every time that I thought
God would move in a specific way, He did something completely different. I
have never been able to forecast how God was going to answer my prayers.
On every occasion, the answer has been something unique and different,
completely outside of my expectations. I want to encourage you to believe for
God’s supernatural intervention in your family, your business, and our nation.
Remember to stay vigilant, and continue to earnestly seek God in prayer. Stay
expectant, believing that God will answer your prayers in a supernatural way,
and that you will see things change miraculously in your life and in our nation. Praise God, who has given us the authority to shift and change things around us as we stand strong in faith, consistent and earnest in our prayers, restricting the evil one and releasing life wherever we go.
